A Bit About Us
We have been dancing as a hobby since we first met at our high school dances & have been dancing ever since. Our hobby eventually evolved into teaching in 1996 when we decided to focus on country dance including 2-Step, Cha, East Coast Swing & Fixed & Progressive Pattern.
A short time later, our increasing passion for dance allowed us to embrace West Coast Swing, Hustle, & Night Club 2, as well as "social” ballroom & Latin. We presently offer lessons in these
various dance styles to people of all ages; singles & couples; in private & group sessions.
Living in Grimsby, Ontario, allows us to travel within the greater Toronto and Buffalo areas to various dance events. We continue to participate in training workshops conducted by many internationally recognized professionals in the United States as well as Canada.
As professional educators, our extensive dance training with top professionals throughout the USA & Canada allows us to provide quality instruction in a “fun & casual” atmosphere.
We have taught throughout Ontario & Buffalo including the School Board of Niagara, Parks & Recreation Dept., Toronto Swing Dance Society, Toronto Open Swing & Hustle Championships, Toronto International Championships, Canadian Dance Classic, Swing Niagara Championships, Spring Dancesport Challenge as well as our home studio in Grimsby, ON.
We are a licensed DJ service & provide dance music at various venues such as social dances, swing dances, weddings, corp. events as well as our own dances. Although our involvement in dance takes up a lot of our time, we enjoy travel, movies, theatre, & visits with our 3 children & 4 grandchildren.
